Prior to purchasing your Frelia jewellery piece, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:
All stones are personally selected for natural colour. It is a design characteristic of Frelia to include stones with colour variation. This improves character and makes each item unique. For this reason there may be slight variation between the website photograph and the item shipped.
Everyone can enjoy Frelia jewellery. Each piece has been designed with a view to average sizes and easy adjustment. Any jeweller should easily be able to reduce the size. Should a larger size be required, please contact us and we will make a special order.
Frelia works with the best tradesmen in Indonesia and Nepal. All items are handmade, and involve countless hours of work. Whilst Frelia maintains a policy of ‘no warranty’, we will assess each case separately. Should you break an item you may initiate a service request by emailing a photo of the item. In cases deemed to be faulty workmanship Frelia will fix and return the item free of charge. In cases were the item has been broken, the owner may be requested to pay shipping. All decisions are made at the sole discretion of Frelia.
Please note: Frelia uses open clasps and rings where possible to allow ease of adjustment. These are strong and do not open easily. Should an item be roughly caught or pulled, we advise you to check closely the clasp and rings close to clasps. If slightly opened, you may simply close with pliers or have a jeweller do so. If the item has broken as a result of being pulled or caught, usually a new clasp or ring is all that is required.
You acknowledge that there may be minor discrepancies between the visual appearance of the photos on the website and the item shipped.
You acknowledge that hand made items are delicate and must be treated with care.
You acknowledge that all decisions are at the discretion of Frelia and are final.
Should you not be happy with your Frelia product, you may return it in original condition within 30 days. Items used, worn or damaged will not be refunded. Items intended for refund must be received by Frelia within 30 days of purchase. All decisions made are final and remain at the discretion of Frelia.
To begin process for refund, please email us to be advised of our address in Indonesia. IMPORTANT: Do not return the item to the Australian address.

Frelia aims to process all stock orders within 10 Business days. Should the item be on back order, the approximate time frame will be noted in the ‘Availability’ section, prior to purchasing.
A tracking number will be emailed once the package is sent.
Frelia may, at times put a hold on all shipping, due to travel requirements. This information will be displayed on the website, prior to ordering. Orders are still welcomed and will be shipped after indicated date.
Frelia will only use your personal information for the following purposes: for the sale of our goods, internal management, internal marketing and promotional purposes. No personal information will be given to third parties.
